Chocolate Chip Cookies - Vegan & Gluten-Free

What I do is I find a recipe online, veganize it, and then keep modifying the recipe until it is super easy to make but still tasty!

I love how these cookies turn out and how easy it is to make them: I just throw everything in a couple of bowls, mix it separately then together, then roll them into balls and a mere 20 minutes later we have a delicious warm dessert with our morning coffee or afternoon tea.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

DRY Ingredients; you’ll need

2 cups oat flour

1 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1 cup dark chocolate chips


WET Ingredients ; you’ll need

2 small ripe bananas

8 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp vanilla extract



Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then blend together until smooth.

Preheat your over to 205 C (405 F)

Make about 12 cookies and bake for around 22 min. They should look browned like on the photo!

Let them cool for a few minutes, then serve :)
