Did I or did I not threaten you with posting recipes on my Bangles’ shop blog?? Outrageous, I know, but hey, our bold and beautiful spirit needs beautiful sustenance too!
I love easy and simple recipes, and this one is definitely one of those! I dare you find a healthier recipe for fluffy pancakes out there!
Vegan Gluten-Free Fluffy Pancakes
DRY Ingredients; you’ll need
2 cups oat flour
1/2 tbsp baking soda
WET Ingredients ; you’ll need
1 large ripe banana
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1.5 cups plant milk
PREPARATION:
Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then blend together until smooth.
Heat a frying pan and spray some veggie oil on it.
Pour the batter onto the pan.
Cook until brown on both sides and serve hot.
This recipe should make about five fluffy pancakes :)
