As I walk around the city, I look at women and often consider their best features, what angles and what Bangles would look best with their type of face and how I would photograph them (force of habit!). I’ve come to the conclusion that EVERY woman I see has all the tools and genes to be gorgeous and rock my Bangles! I can visualize, from a camera perspective, how they would look at their OWN best and it’s always great!
Being Perfect Isn’t Always The Most Beautiful!
I have met so many different women all over the world. These women don’t have perfect requirements for the modern idea of a “model” (who does? They exist only on Instagram and in magazines). But when I see those women I am amazed how beautiful each one of them is. They’re all beautiful differently, but beautiful regardless.
I sound cliche, when I say I find both apples and pears equally pretty and alluring, but it is so true and I am not alone in that feeling! That word, “gorgeous,” has a different meaning for different people. Different height, shape, hair, skin color, weight, style... the list is endless!
Feeling Beautiful Starts Inside
What is always irresistible, is that calm, inner confidence that’s instantly projected when a woman believes that she is indeed beautiful. That trait impossible to fake, one has to really feel it from the inside. It is a deep rooted knowledge that you are worthy, that you are one of a kind.
It’s neither a quick nor an easy journey to get to that state of mind, but it is possible. It is possible because it is already true. Right this minute, just tell yourself you ARE BEAUTIFUL. Do I need to convince you?
A good starting point is to have a list of affirmations, and or to keep a gratitude diary. The next one is to take care of yourself outwardly and inwardly. Action, any action, acts as a remedy against wallowing in self-deprecation.
- List of affirmations
- Keep a gratitude diary
- Take care of yourself
- Try a fun pair of Bangles’ earrings!
To give a SUPER random example, buy Bangles and explore how feminine and exciting it feels to wear them ;) Well, you get the point.
I hope each one of you, gorgeous babes, understands that there is no need for envy or feeling sad about the genes you’ve got, because you, as you are right now, are one of a kind.
No one is you, and that is your superpower.
